Garden Thieves Pictures launches its inaugural internship program

Washington, DC – Garden Thieves Pictures, LLC, a DC-based independent film production and distribution company, has partnered with the George Washington University Documentary Center to offer a twelve-week internship during the spring of 2014. The announcement reflects the company's ccontinuing commitment to independent film in Washington, DC, and to providing opportunities for up-and-coming documentary filmmakers to learn all aspects of the rapidly changing film production and distribution business. Garden Thieves is very pleased to be working with a such a well-respected, local partner to bring one of their talented students a diverse, well-rounded experience. The internship program will provide the opportunity to work on films currently in production - including identifying site locations, assisting with interviews, and production shoots - and to help arrange and promote a New York City premiere for an upcoming Garden Thieves Pictures release.
